DMCA / Copyright Takedown

Anudia Music (pearluse.com) respects copyright and responds to valid notices of alleged infringement. Last updated: August 18, 2026.

Important: promotional use · not for profit

Anudia Music monitors uploaded files and responds to copyright takedown requests as described on this page.

Songs and related materials posted on pearluse.com are shared as promotional material intended to give artists, producers, and labels exposure.

Those promotional posts are not for profit. We do not want to—and have no plans to—profit from a song unless we know it is properly copyrighted / cleared in our system.

We believe the only way to build our industry is to create a listenation—a culture of listening that grows artists and audiences together— and that is our ultimate aim.

We do not offer any subscriptions or ads on the website. Everything on pearluse.com is free for listeners.

Artists and copyright owners will be able to benefit by adding events to their pages, selling merchandise, and advertising their brands and deals as they grow their listenership— that is what we want to offer. For now, we are spending thousands of dollars to make that happen.

If you are a rights holder and want content removed, please send a complete notice using the channels below and we will act promptly.

Overview

If you believe music, artwork, podcast audio, or other material on Anudia Music infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below. We may remove or restrict access to the material while we review a complete notice. Uploaders are responsible for having the rights to share content they publish. As stated above, catalogue posts are promotional and not for profit; we still honour valid takedown requests.

How to submit a takedown notice

Prefer one of these channels so we can act quickly:

  • Use our online copyright complaint form (fastest for song, album, podcast, or episode IDs).
  • Or send a complete written notice via our contact form with the subject line DMCA / Copyright Takedown.

Designated copyright contact (email placeholder for formal notices): dmca@pearluse.com — Anudia Music / pearluse.com. If that mailbox is not yet active, use the contact form above.

Required elements of a DMCA notice

A valid notice should include substantially the following (adapted from typical DMCA requirements). Incomplete notices may delay action.

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on Anudia Music (URL, song/album/podcast title, content ID if known, artist name, and any other details).
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

What happens next

After we receive a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and may notify the uploader or account holder. We may request clarification if information is missing. Repeat or clearly abusive infringement may lead to account restrictions under our Terms and Conditions.

Counter-notice overview

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice. A typical counter-notice includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court (as applicable to your location and the complaining party)
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice (or their agent)

Send counter-notices through the contact form with the subject DMCA Counter-Notice, or to dmca@pearluse.com. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue further action as applicable law provides.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false copyright complaint or counter-notice can have legal consequences. Only file notices you believe in good faith to be accurate.
