Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how you may use Anudia Music at pearluse.com. Last updated: August 18, 2026.
Important: promotional use · not for profit
Anudia Music monitors uploaded files and responds to copyright takedown requests (see our DMCA / Copyright Takedown page).
Songs and related materials posted on pearluse.com are shared as promotional material intended to give artists, producers, and labels exposure.
Those promotional posts are not for profit. We do not want to—and have no plans to—profit from a song unless we know it is properly copyrighted / cleared in our system. Rights holders may request removal at any time through our copyright channels.
We believe the only way to build our industry is to create a listenation—a culture of listening that grows artists and audiences together— and that is our ultimate aim.
We do not offer any subscriptions or ads on the website. Listening and browsing on pearluse.com are free.
What we want to offer artists and copyright owners—as listenership grows—is the ability to add events to their pages, sell merchandise, and advertise their brands and deals, so they can benefit directly from the audience they build here.
For now, we are spending thousands of dollars to build that future and keep the Service free for listeners.

Catalogue and promotional posts of songs are intended to give artists, producers, and labels exposure and are not for profit. We do not plan to profit from a track unless it is properly copyrighted and recorded in our system. We monitor uploaded files and respond to copyright takedown requests. Our ultimate aim is to build the industry by creating a listenation.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a copyright complaint or follow our DMCA / Copyright Takedown process. We may remove or restrict content while we review a report.
6. User-generated content
When you upload songs, covers, comments, playlists, or other material, you keep your rights but grant Anudia Music a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, stream, display, and promote that content on the Service as needed to operate and improve the platform. You confirm you have the necessary rights and that your content does not violate law or these terms.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, create legal risk, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account through available account tools or by contacting us. Provisions that should survive (such as intellectual property and liability limits) continue after termination.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anudia Music is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
